Yesteryear's charm and a touch of modernism go well together in the "Ancien Hopital". The Swaan family welcomes you in a large elegant and modern room and present you their menu combining both traditional and seasonal dishes... To be savoured peacefully by the open fire.
In 2007, the « Fondue » concept was created and a « Brasserie » menu was added in 2009. As from 2011, the « Restaurant » menu appeared. In November 2012 the efforts of the Swaan family were recognized when the Michelin Guide gave them a "Fourchette" (fork). In 2014, it was the "Bib Gourmand" (another gastronomic guide). As says the Chef : my preparations are honest and home made; the products are local and seasonal. The "Menu de Saison" (4 courses) and the "All-in" formula are to be discovered. The evidence for the Chef is that each and everyone leaves happy, without hunger nor thirst.
Furthermore, the "Ancien Hopital" offers 6 rooms in what used to be the hospital of the pilgrims and sick of the Abbey of Saint-Hubert.
