The hotel and restaurant "Les 100 Ciels" is ideally located at the foot of the airstrips of the Saint-Hubert aerodrome and it invites you to evasion in a wonderful greenery setting right in the heart of the huge forest of Saint-Hubert. Dining, sleeping, dreaming,... Whoever loves flying or just this so beautiful area of the Ardennes will take profit of his stop for tasting there a quality cuisine that will make him travel according to the seasons.

As for the restaurant: the charm of a restaurant on the edges of the airstrips; the restaurant "Les 100 Ciels" proposes a stop of flavours and a brewery-cuisine on the edges of the aerodrome's airstrips. During their lunch, the clients of the restaurant can benefit, if they want to, of each takeoff, notably thanks to the privilegied viewpoint that is given by some welcoming wide terraces, or in the warm behind the huge plate glass windows. The restaurant "Les 100 Ciels" is obviously intended for aircrafts and air sports lovers, but also to the nature lovers and to local cuisine lovers. And let's not forget the tourists who look for an atypical place in the heart of the Ardennes forest where it is possible to enjoy an uncommon pause. The aim of Nathalie and Adrien is also to delight local clients, for private or business meals. The new managers have betted they would succeed with simple food, of quality. The quality of the meals and of the products, of course, but also the quality of reception are prioroties for Nathalie and for Adrien. Chef Adrien Gilot proposes a traditional and delicious cuisine. All the dishes are home-made, from the starter to the dessert. Most of the dishes on the menu are made with fresh products, and he favours the local ingredients that enable to discover local flavours. The Chef's suggestions variate according to the seasons with, notably, some typical products from hunting and fishing. If the restaurant "Les 100 Ciels" has not the intention to be a gourmet restaurant, he wants nevertheless to make the promotion of the area and to become an important factor for the local economy.
As for the hotel: your canopy. Dining, sleeping, dreaming... The "Les 100 Ciels" ship is also a hotel with 20 rooms that are adapted to varied kinds of stay: stops (tourist aircrafts), hike or walking stays, unusual stays (discovery-flights) or even business tourism.
As for the reception salon: At the first floor, the wide hall that overhangs the airstrips and the neighbouring kitchens can be rent for private or professional events: weddings, seminars, and so on...
